    Description

    As part of IPRO's Data and Analytics team, the Analytical Specialist will be part of a team that improves the quality of care delivered in a variety of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, nursing homes, ESRD centers, and managed care plans.

    • Responsible for performing Quality Assurance/Control tasks to ensure the data integrity of division assignments.
    • Processing and downloading of encounter and eligibility data extracts.
    • Accountable to produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for distribution to external clients.
    • Provide project management support to departments including minute-taking, scheduling meetings, tracking and follow-up on relevant action items.
    • Assist with scheduling of meetings and maintaining calendars for team leadership.
    • Assist in creating and maintaining electronic filing systems and formatting of client reports as relevant.
    Qualifications:
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions with emphasis on priorities.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Experience with MS Excel and/or other analytic software.
    Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, or analytic field, required.
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel (i.e. formulas, pivot tables), MS Outlook and MS Word.
    • Experience with MS Teams preferred.
    • Project Management experience highly preferred.
    • A minimum of one (1) year of related analytic experience is highly preferred.
    The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. The annualized salary range for this position is $55, $68, Actual salary range and/or hourly rate depends on a variety of factors including experience, education, credentials, location, and budget.

    The salary range and/or hourly rate listed does not include other forms of compensation or benefits.
