- Understand the concept of proactive task completion and take initiative to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through direct communication, addressing client questions and concerns promptly.
- Stay abreast of tax law changes and utilize new technologies to enhance the efficiency of tax planning and accounting processes.
- Provide technical expertise in tax and accounting issues for monthly/quarterly compilations.
- Assist/lead the company in utilizing new technologies for process improvement.
- CPA or EA license
- 5+ years of experience in small to medium-sized CPA firms, with a progression to a manager level.
- Strong tax experience as well as accounting experience (compilations, accounting reconciliations, etc.).
- Proven track record of taking initiative, being technology-savvy, and furthering personal growth in tax planning.
- Ability to work in a nationwide capacity, with a preference for candidates in CO.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client and team interactions.
- Full or hybrid work-from-home options with provided computer equipment.
- Flexible working hours - outside of tax season, they offer a 4-day work week
