    Elevate Events to Extraordinary Heights - Join as an Entry Level Events Assistant

    We are seeking a highly organized and energetic professional to join our team as an Entry Level Events Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, trade shows, and corporate functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event planning and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    Job: Full time

    Monday to Friday

    Weekends free

    Pay Range:

    $ $28.00 per hour

    THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

    Location: Miami, FL

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist the Events Coordinator in the planning and execution of various events
    • Coordinate event logistics, such as venue sourcing, catering, and AV equipment
    • Manage event registration and attendee lists, including tracking RSVPs and sending event updates
    • Assist with marketing and promotional activities, including creating event flyers and online listings
    • Liaise with vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
    • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and event management software
    • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
