    JOB OVERVIEW:


    The Account Management Associate is responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and managing account setup within the organization's platform.

    This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

    The New Accounts Associate will provide excellent customer service, conduct thorough due diligence, and adhere to regulatory requirements to establish new accounts successfully.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Client Onboarding:
    Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Collect and review client documentation, conduct necessary due diligence, and obtain all required information for new account setup.

    Account Setup:
    Set up new client accounts within the organization's platform, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Verify account details, configure account settings, and perform system updates to enable proper account functionality.

    Documentation and Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards during the onboarding process. Collect and review necessary legal and regulatory documentation, perform risk assessments, and escalate any potential compliance issues.

    Communication and Coordination:
    Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, legal, and compliance, to facilitate the onboarding process.

    Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on the status of their account setup and addressing any questions or concerns.


    Relationship Management:
    Develop and maintain positive relationships with new clients during the onboarding phase.

    Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.


    Process Improvement:
    Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in the onboarding workflow. Work with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance data quality, and automate manual tasks wherever possible.

    Training and Support:

    Provide training and support to clients on the use of the organization's platform, including navigation, functionality, and account management features.

    Address client inquiries related to account setup and usage, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems as necessary.

    Data Management and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the organization's systems and databases. Generate reports and metrics related to the onboarding process, account status, and client activities as needed.

    Quality Assurance:
    Conduct quality checks and reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of client documentation and account setup. Implement measures to minimize errors, mitigate risks, and maintain data integrity.

    Stay Informed:
    Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to client onboarding and account setup. Continuously expand knowledge of the organization's products, services, and platform functionality.

    Requirements


    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    Proven experience in customer service, account management, or operations support, preferably in the financial services industry.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to handle and process complex information accurately.
    Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
    Strong organizational and time management skills needed to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
    Detail oriented and thorough in completing projects/tasks.
    Must be able to partner, collaborate and work in a team environment.
