    What you will be doing:

    As the Distribution Center Manager, you will orchestrate the daily flow of assignments, tasks, and requests for both internal and external orders, tirelessly pursuing efficiency, punctuality, and cost-effectiveness while relentlessly refining our processes. With a keen eye on facility management, you will ensure meticulous maintenance and lease adherence, while adeptly steering plant Master DC operations to ensure seamless inventory transitions. As an unwavering advocate for safety, you will champion our programs, placing utmost priority on the well-being of your team. Collaborating seamlessly with departments like Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Maintenance, and will be attuned to their needs, offering unwavering support in our service-oriented ethos. Your leadership ethos is marked by leading through example, actively listening to team concerns with profound respect and empathy. You are committed to achieving impeccable on-time shipping, precise inventory management, and surpassing all departmental KPIs, perpetually driving measurable, transformative initiatives towards continuous improvement.

    What you bring:

    • Minimum 5 years' experience running a distribution center.
    • Strong knowledge of SAP or similar ERP Program including the use of Warehouse Management Platform.
    • Spearhead consistent safety leadership initiatives, conducting monthly safety training sessions, conducting periodic audits to ensure adherence to safety protocols, and meticulously documenting deficiencies while actively proposing improvements.
    • Lead the team in upholding meticulous inventory management practices, championing the cycle count process, and overseeing facility operations, including the decision to Open or Close the facility for off-shift activities. Be reachable to address any facility-related emergencies or issues.
    • Conduct comprehensive annual performance reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive team members towards excellence.
    • Uphold meticulous documentation of existing procedures while actively championing the development of new protocols. Consistently communicate and train associates on all procedures, ensuring diligent follow-up to guarantee compliance.
    • Execute all assigned tasks with utmost professionalism, adhering to both written and verbal instructions from management. Collaborate with HR on various functions such as hiring, interviewing, coaching, disciplinary actions, and training. Commit to full compliance with all required training and seek self-development opportunities using available resources.
