    Job Responsibilities
    Coordinate interviews, following standardized processes, helping the talent acquisition team to problem solve when needed.
    Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, recruiters, new hires and COEs
    Manage candidate reimbursement for interview travel expenses
    Create and send offer letters and contracts to new hires
    Partner with other members of the People team to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the company
    Support Talent Acquisition team's projects on a global basis by identifying and documenting existing team processes, researching and reporting on industry best practices, and carrying out project tasks
    Support Global Mobility processes by creating Business Visa Letters, International Transfers and I9 verification.

    Support New Hire Orientation as an I9 verification expert, process I9 verification forms for new hires and re-verify I9 forms when needed for existing hires.


    Required Skill:
    1+ year(s) of experience in human resources, recruiting support or operations is preferred
    Bilingual - Portuguese/English or Spanish/English is a nice to have but not required.
    High attention to detail
    Ability to learn new processes and adjust to change
    Excellent communication skills
    Ability to multitask.
    Excellent time management skills
