- Provide strategic, tactical, and operational leadership to RH's international supply chain
- Own cost, cycle time, service, and quality KPI's for all ocean freight and port trucking providers
- Serve as a subject matter expert for internal cross-functional partners
- Facilitate annual ocean freight bid
- Communicate and partner closely with overseas vendors
- Utilize shipment data to manage and address exceptions in a timely manner
- Prepare and execute quarterly provider business reviews, drive corrective actions as needed
- Support key business initiatives such as global expansion
- Drive innovation and challenge the status quo in all areas of supply chain
- Facilitate partnerships between vendors, service providers, and cross-functional teams to ensure open, accurate, and timely communication flow and information sharing
- Responsible for RTV shipments and freight damage claims
- Additional projects and initiatives as needed

- 8-10+ years' experience in import/export logistics environment
- Possess an exceptional sense of urgency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong MS Excel and data analytics skills
- Understand freight forwarder, ocean carrier, air, sea and road logistics
- Familiar with customs procedures for imports and exports
- 5+ years in-depth experience with GT NEXUS platform
- Experience with freight payment software solutions
- Able to multi-task in an environment with rapidly shifting priorities
- Thrives working both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams as needed
- College degree (preferred)

The Senior Leader, International Logistics will be a key stakeholder supporting the movement of goods from our network of partners around the world to our Distribution Centers, Home Delivery Centers, and Galleries in the United States and Europe.
