Logistics Specialist (M/F/d)

Heraeus Medevio is seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team in White Castle, LA.

In this role, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth management of materials and logistics at our development site.

Your responsibilities will include data entry and maintenance in our ERP system, creating shipping documents, and physically moving goods. You will also work with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries to our global recipients.


As part of the logistics team, you will also be responsible for providing components and subassemblies for pilot production in our clean room, as well as conducting inventory checks and system maintenance.

You will also assist with the annual stock count to ensure the availability of all items. Additionally, you will work with other departments to carry out incoming goods inspections.


To be successful in this role, you should have completed vocational training as a logistics clerk or have a similar background in commercial or logistics fields.

Experience with ERP systems is preferred, and you should have a strong interest in specialized training and further education. Knowledge of international shipments and shipping requirements, as well as experience with shipping and customs documentation, is also important.

Fluency in written and spoken English is required, and you should be a solution-oriented team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
