We are currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk (m/f/d) for our location in Encantada-Ranchito-El Calaboz, TX.


Responsibilities:


  • Receiving and directing trucks to unloading areas
  • Checking and booking incoming goods in SAP
  • Creating handling units in SAP
  • Resolving invoice discrepancies for incoming goods
  • Documenting and reporting damages from transportation
  • Participating in internal continuous improvement processes
  • Communicating with other SCM departments and quality control for incoming goods
  • Assisting with planning and receiving of "special incoming goods" (e.g. machinery and equipment)
  • Supporting the annual inventory process

Requirements:


  • Completed education in logistics or relevant field, with work experience preferred (Alternatively: Several years of work experience in logistics, ideally in incoming goods)
  • Experience with SAP or other warehouse management software
  • Experience in the automotive industry preferred (e.g. Tier 1 supplier for German OEMs)
  • Strong organizational skills and open communication
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
