Job Description:

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries; on time, with quality and cost efficiency
  • Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, freight companies, and warehouse operations
  • Manage transport planning and preparation of shipping, export, and customs documents
  • Provide advice on customs matters and support during customs inspections
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders
  • Collaborate with departments such as Customer Service, Purchasing, and Service Center
  • Participate in continuous improvement processes, implementation, and lean projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or equivalent experience in a similar field
  • Relevant work experience in logistics or a related field
  • Advanced knowledge of working with inventory management systems, preferably SAP
  • Good understanding of transport, import, export, and customs procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally PowerBI
  • Dynamic and handson approach
  • Experience in shipping via all modes of transportation (air, sea, land) is desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
