Our team of around 400 IT professionals across Europe is shaping the digital future of C&A. Our head offices in Düsseldorf and Brussels are where we develop creative and innovative IT solutions.

We are currently seeking a Team Leader for Store-Services within our TECH division. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a team of 4 employees.


As the central contact, you will oversee the coordination and support of IT systems in 1,400 branches across 17 European countries.

These systems have been outsourced to an external partner, and your role will involve managing:


  • IT service contracts and ensuring their fulfillment, including call center support, technical management, and national hardware maintenance services
  • A multilingual call center service as a "single point of contact" for C&A stores in Europe
  • Technical management
  • Integration of 80 internal and external service providers into the support structure
  • Incident, problem, change, and service request processes
  • Quality assurance processes for hardware and software changes
  • Hardware ordering processes
  • Hardware maintenance services
  • Planning and adjusting support, as well as providing advice on IT projects that impact store systems
  • Regular surveys to assess satisfaction with IT support services
  • Continual development of store support processes
