Tasks & Responsibilities:

As an auditor, you will work with clients in the healthcare sector such as hospitals, medical practices, and nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
You will be responsible for planning, conducting, and preparing audits according to ISO 9001, BARrecognized quality management procedures, and management requirements of the BGW for occupational safety (MAAS-BGW), while adhering to accreditation requirements and TÜV Rheinland Cert guidelines. You will also conduct audits for the certification of nonaccredited, specialized management systems.
This includes creating audit reports that meet formal and content requirements, including recording strengths, deviations, recommendations, and reviewed evidence.
You will also be responsible for clarifying certificate contents and providing technical support to the sales department.
You will ensure effective customer retention through qualityconscious auditing and professional conduct.

Experience & Qualifications:

A completed training as a healthcare and nursing professional, medical assistant, or a comparable qualification is mandatory, a medical license is desirable.
At least four years of professional experience in healthcare service providers, as well as relevant experience in quality assurance and/or quality management, are essential.
