Description
Must Haves:
A suitable candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in finance/investment domain and should possess a go-getter attitude. The Candidate should be able to deal with ambiguity.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL to create business logic and joins between datasets.
Advance level knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of AWS
Basic understanding of Power Query and Power Automate
Should be independently able to conduct data analysis on results produced by financial models.
The person would be required to create automated upload templates that would be loaded to subledger/ledger.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's/masters degree in either finance, Investments, computer science, IT
5-10 years of experience in Finance / Investment domain
4+ years of experience working as part of Data Tech / Engineering or IT team. Should have fair understanding of Relational database concepts.
Expert in SQL and MS Excel
Knowledge of other investment-related software and tools (Bloomberg, Aladdin etc.) is preferred.
Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical team members.
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Able to work in a fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take on uphill challenges.
Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe.
Experience in Clearwater Accounting platform or similar accounting platform is good to have
Strong and in-depth understanding of insurance industry is good to have
