What can you expect?

You will review and assess credit requests in terms of personal and material creditworthiness, particularly evaluating locations with specific usage concepts and assessing risk potentials for the involved financing partners
You will participate in meetings with clients and consortium partners and develop possible financing parameters, including consortium financing and term sheets
You will analyze real estate projects, coordinate consortium financing, prepare credit proposals, and evaluate financing concepts and business plans for real estate
You will actively work with external consultants (appraisers, specialized lawyers, etc.)
