- Evaluate service quality and implement strategies to minimize customer complaints
- Coach and develop field staff to enhance customer retention
- Recruit, train, and supervise service personnel efficiently
- Plan and conduct training sessions for customer service and technical skills
- Ensure service goals are met and promote teamwork among staff
- Supervise workflow and maintain safety standards
- Prepare reports and conduct management meetings
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations
- Minimum of an Associate's degree in a business-related field and 2+ years of lawn care services experience
- Supervisory management experience
- Certificates, licenses, and registrations as per legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree and sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk on uneven surfaces, and lift heavy objects
- Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crawl
- Work in moderate to loud noise levels and adverse weather conditions
