    Manager of Strategic Partnerships, Social Sector Institute

    This role will plan, facilitate, and lead statewide convenings, networking, and collaborations with strategic partners across New Mexico.

    This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing Groundworks' strategies for strategic partnerships, programs, and projects housed within our newly launched Social Sector Institute's Center for Strategic Partnerships.


    Additional Areas of Responsibility:
    This role will plan, host, and facilitate convenings, strategy tables, affinity groups, and funder member meetings.

    Other duties include providing external, administrative backbone support for community projects, membership engagement, membership data management, participation in local/national convenings and learning spaces, assisting with grant applications and reporting, and providing web/email content.


    Other Information/Requirements:
    This role will be a strong project owner who values relationships, organization, and process. They will stay abreast of social sector issues and trends/ bring new ideas from the field.

    Must be willing to commit themselves to our internal /external work centering racial equity into our culture, practices, and work.
