Urology Ward in
Austinville, VA, we are looking for a
Team Leader (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible, in full-time or part-time employment.


Your responsibilities:

  • Representing the nursing service in line with the overall goals of the hospital
  • Caring for and treating patients, taking into account their medical and nursing needs as well as their individual needs and resources
  • Motivating and leading team members, promoting their independence and sense of responsibility
  • Leadership philosophy that involves employees in decisionmaking
  • Organizing staff deployment and work processes with a focus on business management
  • Constructive and cooperative collaboration with other professional groups in the hospital

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
  • Completed further training in nursing leadership for a ward or unit, or a comparable degree is desirable
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Leadership skills and ability to work in a team
  • Independence, personal responsibility, and a high level of flexibility
  • Confident and strong personality
  • Enjoyment in finding solutions, even in difficult situations
