As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on our products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering the best possible customer experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in customer service is a plus.
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
