Around 3,000 employees work in 12 departments in the commercial, infrastructural, and technical facility management of the largest university hospital in Europe.

Within our department of
Patient Catering, we are looking for a permanent employee starting on
June 20, 2023 or earlier, with an average weekly working time of
39 hours in shift work.

Your responsibilities:

Taking responsibility for the professional and proper implementation of nutritional requirements in patient catering, especially regarding dietary forms, dietary counseling, evaluation of meal orders, and determination of recipes for dietary forms, if not prescribed by a doctor.
