We are currently looking for a full-time
Controller (m/f/d) for Financial Controlling and Reporting to join our team as soon as possible.

The preferred location for this position is our company headquarters in Stuttgart, but we are also open to considering Düsseldorf.

Hybrid work options are available.


Your responsibilities with us:


  • Preparation of internal and external reports
  • Collaboration in the creation of annual company planning and ongoing forecasts
  • Analysis of order backlog, revenue development, margin development, and fixed costs
  • Conducting ongoing liquidity planning and monitoring of variances between planned and actual results
  • Handling adhoc requests
  • Operational support for our accounting team in analyses and account reconciliations
  • Maintenance of master data and ensuring compliance with accounting guidelines
  • Continuous contribution to the improvement of our commercial processes, particularly in terms of automation and digitalization

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in business, preferably with a focus on controlling and finance
  • Relevant work experience in financial controlling, preferably several years
  • Proficient in working with ERP systems, ideally Oracle Netsuite
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
  • Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, structured and meticulous work style, and a handson mentality
  • Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels and a professional demeanor
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
