What you'll do:

  • Facilitate iteration team events (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily, Review) and work with the Product Owner and team to prepare for these events, in order to improve team performance
  • Ensure that the team understands and utilizes the iterative approach
  • Protect team productivity by addressing and preventing disruptions and escalating impediments
  • Coach and advise the team on Agile principles and methodology, and conduct coaching sessions if needed
  • Mediate communication with other teams within the ART

What you'll bring:

  • A university degree or equivalent qualifications, with 24 years of experience in a similar role
  • Successful completion of individual projects (waterfall, agile, or mixed) and agile transformations, with a solid understanding of various agile methodologies
