- Reception Medical Center - West ( Lake Butler, Florida)
- Facilitation of employability and life skills programs.
- Administration and interpretation of assessments.
- Delivery of the 100-Hour Transition Skills Education program curriculum.
- Delivery of other programs as determined by the Department, such as Thinking for a Change.
- Maintaining and providing documentation of services delivered; and
- Facilitation of pre-release connections with community providers and employers through face-to-face and technology-based interactions to include pre-release job search, recruitment, and placement activities.
- Other duties as assigned to facilitate the successful administration of the 100-Hour Transition Skills Education Program.

Primary duties will include, but are not limited to:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Knowledge of administrative principles and practices; knowledge of office procedures and practices; knowledge of methods of data collection; knowledge of the principles and techniques of effective communication; proficient computer skills in Excel and Microsoft Word software; proficient in specking effectively to small groups; ability to work independently with limited supervision; ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures; ability to follow oral and written instructions; ability to utilize problem-solving techniques; ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and complete work assignments with accuracy; ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with others; ability to work in a secured prison setting; ability to work with inmates; ability work within the vicinity of officials that carry guns; and ability to work with users of varying technical expertise.
