About The Role:
Integra is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounting team.

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist will assist with full-cycle A/P ensuring compliance with company policies while carrying out daily processes.

The ideal candidate is familiar with NetSuite and has 2+ years of recent accounts payable experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
Process inventory and freight bills including entering into NetSuite, saving backup, requesting payment approval, and initiating payment
Manage landed cost transactions including matching freight bills with item receipts, saving backup, and processing in NetSuite
3-way match inventory bills and lead reconciliation efforts with vendors
Maintain vendor information and files
Process 1099s annually
Support annual physical inventory counts
Reconcile inventory deposits and prepayments account, ensure no aging deposits
Support other inventory and accounts payable related activities
Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
2+ years experience working in an accounting field
Basic knowledge of accounting principles, especially inventory and/or cost accounting
Excellent computer literacy with capability in MS Office (especially Excel)
Experience using NetSuite preferred
Well organized and detail oriented
