    Job Responsibilities:

    • Preparation and distribution of month-end close
    • Financial reporting, monthly accruals and cash management
    • Maintain fixed assets
    • Assist in the planning of annual budget
    • CAM reconciliations
    • Tenant billings and balance sheet account reconciliations
    • Maintain the overall integrity of the financial records of the assigned property portfolio
    • Onboard new properties/accounts

    Job Requirements:

    • 2+ years of Property Accounting or Recent Bachelor's in Accounting graduate
    • Yardi experience preferred
    • Proficient with MS Excel
    • Bachelor's Degree a plus but not required
