    Senior Property Accountant

    Salary: $90,000 - $105,000

    Overview:

    We are looking for a skilled Senior Property Accountant to manage the financial aspects of our multifamily properties in Arizona. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, experienced in property accounting, and a proactive problem solver.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage accounting for multiple properties in compliance with financial regulations.
    • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
    • Maintain financial records efficiently.
    • Implement new technologies for better accounting processes.
    • Collaborate with teams to achieve financial goals.
    • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations.
    • Ensure accurate financial reporting.
    • Develop financial policies to reduce risks.
    • Prepare financial statements and reports.
    • Review and approve property-related invoices.
    • Optimize property income and expenses.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and accounting regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of property accounting experience.
    • Proficient in Realpage Accounting and Onesite.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Experience with accounting and property management software.
    • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
