At BIM, you will work on various elevator systems.

Our portfolio includes not only cultural buildings such as the concert hall, but also the maintenance of buildings for the Berlin Senate administrations as well as police and fire stations.

Maintenance, modernization and redesign of elevator systems throughout the portfolio. Provision of services according to the performance profile of technical equipment in various construction phases. Organizational handling of all construction measures, including deadline monitoring, cost control, quality control and reporting. Acting as the client towards external project participants such as architects, specialist planners, authorities and executing companies.

In our interdisciplinary team of specialist and object planning, ideas, strategies and projects are gladly sketched at the "planner table".
