Additionally, 20% of courses will cover digital economy topics and 15% will focus on IT-related subjects.

Upon graduation, students will be equipped to effectively guide digital transformation processes and create conditions for success in the digital market.


During the practical phases, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of all relevant business and service departments, providing you with a thorough insight into our bank.

You will begin by working in one of our branches, learning about our processes and interacting with our customers.

As your studies progress, you will have the opportunity to work in other departments such as sales management, controlling, processes, IT, and project coordination for blockchain, allowing you to apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in a practical setting.

You will also have the chance to work on projects, taking on responsibility and contributing to their success. For example, you can use your creativity in areas such as social media and recruitment marketing.


In addition, you will acquire specialized banking knowledge through trainings and seminars, enabling you to better understand the connections within our bank.
