Description

Underground Distribution Drill Foreman Position at MasTec Utility Services

Lead the crew in daily tasks related to underground power lines construction
Read blueprints, oversee the Line team, and collaborate with other departments
Obtain materials, ensure permits in place, and ensure safety
Supervise digging and placing tasks, perform switching procedures, and train new hires
Coordinate crew tasks, conduct safety inspections, and drive equipment to job sites
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma, 3 years of heavy equipment experience, 2 years of supervisory experience, and a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Preferred qualifications include 6+ years of experience, OSHA 20 Certification, and supervisory skills

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Fieldwork involving bending, climbing, lifting, and working in various weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, judge distance, identify colors, and exhibit hand-eye coordination
