Job DescriptionJob Purpose:

Serves customers by installing and servicing systems and products.

This person is in charge of performing repairs of x-ray equipment and preventative maintenance, so the equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Their responsibilities include perform installation of equipment, troubleshooting problems, maintaining records, and replacing or fixing components and tools.

Duties:

Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Establishes service by studying system requirements; ordering and gathering components and parts; completing installation; performing acceptance tests.
Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Skills/Qualifications:
Mechanical & Electronics Troubleshooting, Analyzing Information , Good Judgment, Equipment Maintenance, Reporting Skills, Confidentiality, Quality Focus, Communication Skills

Frequent travel / Company credit card for travel expenses
Valid drivers license required
Ability to use test equipment, scopes, etc.
Team player who works productively and demonstrates leadership potential, good judgement, problem-solving and decision-making ability
Computer and IT Knowledge is not required but is a plus
Spanish as a second language is not required but is a plus
