    Description

    Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of relevant transactional experience, preferably in a large law firm for its Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, New York, Raleigh, San Francisco, Washington DC, or Winston-Salem office.

    The associate should have experience in M&A transactions and the ability to support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals; the ability to draft M&A transaction documents; experience with corporate due diligence projects; Experience with scalable startup companies and venture capital financings is also preferable.

    All applicants should have excellent academic credentials.
