"Tasty treats, great locations, and motivated teams are already in place. We are now looking for a District Manager (m/f/d) in the Covington area to lead and motivate our sales team (m/f/d) in a full-time position (40 hours/week) and continuously develop and coach our sales team.

will strategically and operationally lead the district with consideration for economic principles and safety regulations.

will implement agreed upon company and sales goals, as well as monitor market and competition conditions.

will ensure compliance with our quality and hygiene standards, attractive product presentation, and develop measures to achieve goals and manage inventory.

will analyze and evaluate customer structures, conduct market research, and manage our large and delivery customers in the area.

will provide practical support to the staff in our specialty stores.

will plan and implement sales and revenue-promoting measures.

will monitor and optimize business performance indicators.
