LHH Recruitment Solutions seeks a full-time Business Analyst to work onsite in Fresno, CA. This individual will provide technical guidance and tailor solutions to meet customer requirements. With a primary focus on ArcGIS, they will develop and sustain imagery services, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure streamlined processes and resource management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Administer, maintain, and provide support for Esri ArcGIS.
Act as a bridge between IT and business system users, collaborating on key projects.
Oversee the analysis and development of the company's operational systems.
Ensure that business applications and modules are up-to-date and well-documented.
Design and implement new procedural systems as per business requirements.
Collaborate with the Internal IT team to acquire and integrate new business applications.
Support assigned Business Applications.
Handle change management tasks related to new features and configuration changes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

1+ year of ARC-GIS experience (educationally or professionally)
2+ years tableau or Power BI (educationally or professionally)
2+ years in the food and beverage industry
Strong understanding of constructing and implementing test plans.
GIS Certification is a plus

Education:

BA/BS Business Administration Computer Science (Completed or in process)

Compensation/Benefits: $55,000-75,000 + up to 10% bonus
