- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other software to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business performance and operations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other analytical tools using Power BI and Excel to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and performance indicators for tracking and measuring business objectives.
- Business Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs across the organization.
- Project Management:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects and initiatives aimed at driving business growth and improvement.
- Coordinate with project teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and priorities.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and propose solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive dynamics within the food industry.
- Monitor competitor activities, product offerings, and market positioning to inform strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to understand business needs, priorities, and challenges.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and insights effectively through presentations, reports, and other communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to foster collaboration and support the achievement of business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and others.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and recommendations.
- Solid understanding of business processes, project management principles, and industry best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
