- Manage and input incoming shipments in JIRA while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate workstreams for repair/inventory/shipments they adhere to.
- Manage coordination of failure analysis (FA) requests on inbound, outbound, domestic, and international shipments for on-time delivery. Provide timely status updates to stakeholders, escalate issues as necessary.
- Own end-to-end inventory database management of all received FA devices and related accessories.
- Perform intake on all returned devices following SOPs.
- Scrub tickets for accuracy and ensure they are ready for handoff to next assignee.
- Create and maintain a clean and orderly working area and storage system to enable fast lookup and handoff.
- Identify, prepare, and support secure scrap destruction of dispositioned units with cross functional team.
- Document, improve, and present processes to help create a scalable program.
- Support Hardware Lab inventory and equipment tasks.
- 3+ years of industry experience in similar role.
- Proficiency with the Google Suite and Jira.
- Experience managing, coordinating and maintaining field returns for multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills and flexibility to work through complex or ambiguous issues that may not have an established process.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture.
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to exert force and/or lift or carry items safely weighing twenty-five (25) to forty (40) pounds occasionally, and up to fifteen (15) pounds frequently.
