Job DescriptionTRC is seeking a contract Financial Analyst to support our non-profit client in West Midtown

1 Month Contract role
Onsite position

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes by gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data.
Prepare financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by management.
Assist in monitoring financial performance against budget and forecasts.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior internship or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus.
Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems is advantageous.
