Specializing in residential installation across the US and Puerto Rico, we have built a robust, nationwide lead generation program to allow for a smooth transition into solar for newcomers and a lucrative position for salespeople whose skillsets lend best toward this crucial first step in the sales process. Leveraging Partnerships with Tesla and other well-known brands, most Teams right now are seeking experienced closers or lead generation representatives to continue to pour the gas on the fire of the thriving, high quality solar programs in their area. _*Responsibilities:

_· Daily responsibilities differ based upon experience and role from generating and qualifying new customers to closing contracts through zoom and in-home sales presentations_
_· Represent Freedom professionally while helping to raise awareness of solar power and battery Storage in your area_
_· Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience throughout_
_· Take part in continuous education and training opportunities to hone your craft and build your Sales/Customer Service career_
_*What we look for:

_· Prior experience in direct sales or related role: Solar, Pest control, TV, Mortgages ,or Home automation/Security system sales experience is a plus_
_· Excellent communication skills_
_· Strong work ethic and positive attitude_
_· Attention to detail_
_· Experience with commission-based compensation packages_
_· Knowledge of CRM platforms & overall technical competency is a plus_
_· Eagerness to grow and take part in a cutting-edge industry_
_· Ability to create positive and lasting relationships with customers_
