- Full management of the CEO's calendar, including organizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring availability for events.
- Efficient organization and management of personal appointments, family schedules and social engagements.
- Running personal errands on behalf of the CEO.
- Preparation of meeting materials to ensure the CEO is well-equipped for all engagements.
- Assisting in the creation and editing of correspondence.
- Managing comprehensive arrangements for domestic and global travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Providing occasional support to other executives as needed.
- Managing, tracking and submitting business expenses.
- Handling confidential personal information, including login credentials, passwords, and credit card details.
- Creating and maintaining documents using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Proofreading documents, drafting templates for emails and event invitations.
- Undertaking ad-hoc projects as they arise.
- Must be in a commutable distance of West Los Angeles, CA.
- A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably involving work with C-level executives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and its scheduling features.
