    Description

    The Account Development Manager position is responsible to proactively develop new business within existing clients and process management for accumulated job orders.

    The focus of the Account Development Manager position is to call on existing clients and develop new relationships by penetrating different departments and hiring managers. The position is 70% focused on the growth within existing clients and 30% management. Goal is to generate 40 outbound calls and corresponding emails per day.

    While we put a lot of thought into this job description, it is by no means all-encompassing. Being an "athlete" able to take on new or expanded responsibilities is a core value for our company.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Represent SSG's services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs


    • Generate job orders while building and maintaining strong relationship with hiring managers


    • Accomplish daily metrics through successful implementation of account development and sales strategies


    • Manage a minimum of 20 accounts in partnership with the Business Development team to grow and expand business opportunities


    • Facilitate client intake calls including candidate submissions, coordinating interviews, feedback, and negotiating candidate offers


    • Partner with the recruiting team weekly to ensure accuracy within the communication between departments as it relates to each open job order and ensure candidate quality


    • Develop and implement regeneration action plans utilizing the comprehensive data analysis we offer, to increase our results/placements with existing clients


    • Manage all data entry within Bullhorn and Salesforce for corresponding activity

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


    • Bachelor's degree; 1+ years of progressive account management experience (recruiting & staffing industry preferred)


    • Proven sales experience with the development of new clients into long lasting customers


    • Experience prospecting and creating new business opportunities


    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills


    • Strong team player, with a passion for success; Strong participation in team activities

    Preferred Qualifications:


    • Proficiency with sales management software CRM (Salesforce) + staffing software (Bullhorn)


    • Proven success in increasing generated revenue from existing accounts while also retaining clients and accounts
