- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field required; Master's degree preferred
- Five years of experience in/knowledge of domestic violence in accordance with Office of Children and Family services required
- Valid NYS driver's license acceptable to BHSN insurance carrier
- Capable of working a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of a 24-hour service

The Program Director is charged with the primary duties of providing strong leadership with community partners, supervising STOP Domestic Violence staff, and overall growth of the program.
