    Your role at BHSN:


    The Program Director is charged with the primary duties of providing strong leadership with community partners, supervising STOP Domestic Violence staff, and overall growth of the program.

    What your day might look like:
    Manage fiscal performance of program, including budgeting and monitoring development
    Develop grant resource funding and maintain contact with funders
    Facilitate staff meetings and provide direct supervision of staff
    Act as a liaison and provide leadership in the community regarding a coordinated response to domestic violence
    Generate required reports and maintain program records

    Your skills and qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology or related field required; Master's degree preferred
    Five years of experience in/knowledge of domestic violence in accordance with Office of Children and Family services required
    Valid NYS driver's license acceptable to BHSN insurance carrier
    Capable of working a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of a 24-hour service
