    Job Title: Advanced Compact EW Solutions (ACES) Program Manager

    Job Description:
    - As an ACES Program Manager at BAE Systems, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid format, combining collaborative office work with independent tasks, allowing you to have a flexible work-life balance.

    - In the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions division, we develop cutting-edge solutions for threat detection and countermeasures to enhance mission survivability.
    - You will play a crucial role in supporting the ACES product line, responsible for a dynamic production program.
    - Utilize your expertise to manage Operations performance, monitor quality, schedule, and costs, and present data clearly to management.
    - Participate actively in project meetings, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and provide clear direction to functional areas.
    - Ensure cost tracking and propose improvements, all while complying with government contract requirements for US citizenship.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
    - Proficiency in MS Office Products.
    - Strong communication skills for presenting to leadership.
    - Highly motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
    - Excellent organizational skills for multitasking effectively.
    - Ability to hold others accountable and ensure action closure.
    - Secret clearance required.

    Pay Information:
    Full-Time Salary Range: $191,070.
