    Job Summary

    Job Summary


    Plans, organizes, and implements SIATech's comprehensive human resources program including recruitment, selection, retention, onboarding, evaluation, classification of all certificated and classified employees, wage and salary administration, employee relations, health and wellness benefits, and worker's compensation; serves as the principal advisor to the Superintendent/CEO regarding all employee matters.

    Requirements / Qualifications

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree from an accredited institution in a related educational or human resources field preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of personnel management/administrative human resources experience in an educational setting
    • Minimum of 5 years of educational leadership experience
    • Charter school experience preferred Certifications and Licenses:
    • Valid California Administrative Services Credential
    • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred Remote position based in California; must attend periodic meetings in Oceanside Central Office Please send a cover letter and resume along with your completed application
    Comments and Other Information
