The three-year training as a retail salesperson is diverse and offers exciting challenges. You will learn to present our product ranges in a trendy and appealing way in the store. Tasks such as researching databases, linking our online shop with the brick-and-mortar store, and conducting merchandise analyses are also part of your responsibilities. In addition to commercial knowledge, we will teach you various sales techniques and business knowledge in the areas of personnel and accounting.

What tasks can you expect?

Customer consultation and sales in various departments of the bookstore
Activities in the area of cash register and cash reconciliation
Target group-oriented design and presentation of our book-related product ranges
Research in databases and merchandise analyses
Organization and implementation of events, such as author readings

What do you bring?

A good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification, or high school diploma
