Seldovia Village, AK is seeking a
Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the
secretariat/dispatch of the Social Pediatric Center in a temporary position to cover parental leave.

Part-time (40% = currently 15.40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Organizing the daily operations of the SPZ, including general appointment coordination
Billing for the SPZ outpatient clinic
Patient reception, management, and followup care
General office and administrative tasks
Preexamination and assistance with blood draws

Requirements:

Outgoing personality with a positive attitude towards working in a large team and interacting with people
Detailoriented and organized with an interest in organization and management
Good computer skills
For applicants (m/f/d) born after : Sufficient vaccination protection or proven immunity against measles
