    Position Summary:

    As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading audit teams, driving client relationships, and contributing to the firm's continued success. Your expertise in audit methodologies, strategic thinking, and client-centric approach will be integral in delivering outstanding audit solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring their efficient execution and adherence to quality standards and deadlines.
    • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships, addressing client needs, and providing exceptional service.
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to audit teams, facilitating their growth and professional development.
    • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, disclosures, and related documentation.
    • Stay updated on evolving audit and accounting standards, applying them effectively to client engagements.
    • Contribute to the development of audit strategies, methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA license is required.
    • 5+ years of progressive experience in external audit, including a proven track record of managing audit engagements.
    • Exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strategic problem-solving abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
    • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service and understanding client needs.
