    Audit ManagerDallas, TX

    Hybrid- 3 days onsite Compensation: $115k-135k bonus One of Vaco's publicly traded $1B Financial Services clients is searching for an Internal Audit Manager for a company in Dallas, the position is open due to an internal promotion.? Ideal candidate will have 5 years blended SOX and Operational Audit experience.

    hybrid work environment, stable company/tenure across the entire company is great, culture committee/team outings, competitive benefits, promotion opportunity Responsibilities: Conduct audits of assigned areas to ensure compliance with policies and regulationsPlan and manage audit projects, including deadlines and budgetsSupervise and review work of team members to ensure quality and objectivityPrepare audit findings and reports for management reviewCollaborate with external auditors and regulators as neededMaintain professional certifications and complete administrative tasksAssist in the preparation of annual audit plan Non-audit special projects proposing changes and/or improvements Qualifications: Eligible to work in the U.S.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5 to 7 years of experience in public accounting or internal auditPrevious supervisory or management experience preferredCertifications such as CPA or CIA desiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and WordStrong time management and problem-solving skillsVaco provides expert consulting, permanent placement, executive search, managed services, and strategic staffing solutions for companies around the world, in the areas of accounting, finance, technology, healthcare, operations and more.
