Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Process commission payments and ensure accurate coding, approval, and timely payment
- Review deal files and check for compliance accuracy before releasing funds
- Manage the incoming and outgoing of wires and checks
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the company's systems
- Collaborate with Manager to resolve any payment issues
- Assist with the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Work with agents to train them on how to submit their deals in to the system
- Assist with A/R
- Assist with other administrative tasks as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related role
- Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay:
$60,000.00 per year
