In this position, you will be responsible for the SE-Service department and coordinating the correct and timely execution of tasks according to internal guidelines. You will also be in contact with our customers and partners. Your tasks will include:
- Planning and managing the incoming goods department
- Leading the administrative team
- Reporting to the department management
- Ticket processing
- Creating unloading reports
- Handling service inquiries
- Processing complaints
- Managing returns
- Successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable commercial education
- Several years of professional experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Commitment, flexibility, and reliability
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong customer service mindset
