    Job Summary

    Mecca is currently looking for an office manager who will put their outstanding organizational skills, knowledge, and experience to work for a growing and well established commercial real estate firm.

    The ideal candidate will be motivated and always looking for opportunities to assist others. Individual initiative is essential to success in this position. This person will be the central hub of the office, keeping things running smoothly. Schedule is Monday Friday from 8 AM 5 PM.

    Full Time

    Compensation:
    $23 to $25 per hour DOE

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    \tProvide top-level service to clients and tenants.
    \tAnswer calls for multiple offices/companies.
    \tAssist walk-in guests and direct them to the appropriate individuals.
    \tRespond to tenant requests and needs, including but not limited to maintenance requests, repairs, office keys, paperwork, ect.
    \tDispatch maintenance staff to address building related issues and close work orders upon completion of job.
    \tSort and distribute mail.
    \tOrder and maintain office and break room supplies.
    \tFiling/scanning paperwork.
    \tSpecial projects as needed.
    \tOrdering team lunches when requested.
    \tCoordinating with janitorial staff and ordering supplies.
    \tManage key card access controls and property security.
    \tSupport executive team with admin tasks as necessary.
    \tReports directly to Director of Operations.

    Education and Experience:
    \tHigh School diploma or GED required.
    \tMinimum of 2 years of related work experience required.
    \tCustomer service skills and a friendly personality a must.
    \tProfessional and detail oriented.
    \tProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    \tStrong communication skills.
