- Manage a portfolio by forming relations with internal and external customers helping facilitate collection of accounts

- Support a team of Billers and Project Managers helping ensure metrics are achieved
- Research deductions, disputes, discrepancies and cash application issues

The Collections Specialist is a customer-facing role that requires a strong attention to detail and a well-organized mentality to handle complex construction-based and service invoicing matters.
